The Kingfishers accommodation is all the way wheelchair friendly. Everything is at one level – ground level – while door widths are adequate. The shower and shower seat are well laid out and spacious. 

The sea wall with its great views is right there: on the right day Westwards up the Solent thirty or forty miles passed Lepe and Cowes to the Spinnaker Tower at Portsmouth and the Goodwood downs far beyond – and Eastwards the same distance to the Needles, Bournemouth, Poole, and the far off hills of Purbeck Isle. That’s sixty miles of the South Coast. All of that can be enjoyed from the more robust sort of wheelchair, wheeled straight out of Kingfishers and out on to the wall, without any need to load up into a car.
